Sometimes I swear that I suffer from BADD...Blog Attention Deficit Disorder...lol. I get online with noble intentions of doing some blog maintanence and next thing you know, I am discovering some awesome reads! Can you relate?

I have found a very effective method to defuse momentary anger is to make the following statement in your mind, "I am grateful for..." This little phrase always stops me in my tracks and gives me just enough intellectual pause to be much less snappish.
I have found the same lil phrase to be revolutionary in my life! I will be returning to this blog on the regular!
