The Happiness Project

Sometimes I swear that I suffer from BADD...Blog Attention Deficit Disorder...lol. I get online with noble intentions of doing some blog maintanence and next thing you know, I am discovering some awesome reads! Can you relate?

Here is one of those good reads: Read this post at The Happiness Project. I wanna highlight one of the comments left at this post:

I have found a very effective method to defuse momentary anger is to make the following statement in your mind, "I am grateful for..." This little phrase always stops me in my tracks and gives me just enough intellectual pause to be much less snappish.

I have found the same lil phrase to be revolutionary in my life! I will be returning to this blog on the regular!

Yes, I can relate! I noticed on my calendar that on Sat, Sun, and Tues I usually don't post anything...well, that's because I'm reading everyone else's posts! Have a great day!
