Imagine this...

Over the passed year, I have made many beautiful quilt tops...strips, braids, charms, happy blocks, and more. I had yet to actually quilt one. Until now, anyway.

I just finished a quilt for a dear friend who is graduating college this weekend AND I quilted it! I promise that a trained eye can find some boo-boos but the dear recipient will only feel the love.

Interestingly enough...her niece, who will be one shortly, was the recepient of my very first baby blanket(I tied that one) and now, Joyce gets the first quilt that I actually quilted...TAA-DAA~

I should have pics this weekend:).

And yes, I HAVE started actually quilting something else...lol. The wallhanging from the mystery retreat is in my machine as we speak...eeerrrr...as I type.
